The Paris Biennale in Berlin 2027

The Paris Biennale in Berlin 2027, which will take place from 19 to 26 September 2027, will constitute the project’s public moment of intensification.

Following a phase of research, institutional meetings, discussions with members of Berlin’s art scene and progressive structuring, this week will make the questions raised by the process visible, shareable and open to discussion: the economic conditions of art, the fragility of venues, forms of cooperation, invisual art and alternative models of production.

The Paris Biennale in Berlin is not conceived as a one-off exhibition, but as a situated process. Its public moment therefore marks neither an absolute beginning nor a definitive conclusion, but a period of concentration: a time when the research, alliances, proposals and experiments developed beforehand can take public form.
